wash your face daily with a mild cleanser and lukewarm water
choose your products according to skin

apply lotions after shower to lock moisture

beef, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, cod liver oil, kiwi, soy, almond, oat milk, sunflower seeds
overnight face moist technique.

ACNE
When openings of hair follicles become clogged and blocked with oil and dead skin cells and these clogged pores become bacteria-infected .. a small red bump with pus at the top occurs and that is called PIMPLE
Acne increases during puberty because there is a hormonal overdrive during that period.
